Eligible ICP fit, fresh verified business email, active company, relevant title.
No black-box numbers
Each component names the check behind the points. Rationale is written for a buyer deciding whether this lead is worth the price — not for a model card.
Verification and freshness
Business emails and phones are checked by verification providers and stamped with the check time. Stale checks fail QA instead of passing silently — a lead that cannot be verified is not sellable, with the reason recorded.
Source provenance
Key fields keep field-level source history: which provider observed the value, when, and with what confidence. Conflicting sources are surfaced rather than averaged away.
QA gating and sellability
Quality review admits sellable leads and rejects the rest with machine-readable reason codes (for example, low score, stale verification, missing title evidence). Rejections are preserved as history, not deleted.
